Lisa K. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic business development, marketing, and executive protection. Currently serving as the Area Vice President for Strategic Business Development & Managed Care at Gentiva, Lisa is responsible for expanding contract opportunities across 12 states and 165 branches within the acute and post-acute care continuum. Lisa's career also includes pivotal roles such as Executive Protection Agent at Progressive FORCE Concepts and various positions in marketing and leadership within healthcare organizations, including Kindred Healthcare and Fundamental. Recognized in the martial arts community as “The Black Widow,” Lisa is a World-Class Champion Muay Thai fighter and has earned numerous accolades, including being named Black Belt Magazine’s 2007 Woman of the Year.

Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts, also known as PFC Training, is the primary instructional arm of the PFC Group of Companies. Our mission is a simple one: To Save Lives. Concepts has been an industry leader in teaching Force Options for Resolving Combative Encounters (“F.O.R.C.E.”). Over the years, tens of thousands of students have received PFC Training throughout North America and around the world. We teach armed and unarmed self defense, use of firearms for all skill levels and applications, tactical training from special operations to home defense, executive protection and security training, and custom programs that meet specific client needs.
