Anne Houlton

Anne Houlton is a seasoned property investor and educator with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Since July 2015, Anne has served as the Director of Acer Training Limited, focusing on mentoring individuals to achieve financial freedom through property investing, following a successful career as a dentist until 2015. Anne and their husband, Steve, manage over 80 Buy to Let properties with a combined valuation exceeding £9 million, showcasing a strong background in property wealth generation. Additionally, Anne is a Lead Trainer for Progressive Property, where training sessions equip participants with the skills needed for successful property investment. Prior to transitioning into property, Anne practiced dentistry for nearly three decades, beginning as a House Officer in Oral Surgery and culminating in a role as a Dentist at Chellaston Dental Practice. Education includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Dentistry from Guy's Hospital Dental School.
