Keri-Bo Bates

Keri-Bo Bates is an experienced professional in early childhood development and environmental education, currently serving as an Early Childhood Specialist at The Children's Home Society of NJ since August 2024, and as a Developmental Specialist at Progressive Steps, LLC since January 2023. In addition, Keri-Bo holds the position of Certified Substitute Teacher at ESS since December 2021. Previous roles include Lead STEM Teacher at Save Barnegat Bay and Staff Scientist at Certified Environmental Contractors, LLC. Keri-Bo also gained experience as an Enumerator with the U.S. Census Bureau. Keri-Bo holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources & Conservation from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Science in Environmental Science from Ocean County College.
