Terry Kealamakia

SVP, Teleservices at Progrexion

Terry has been with Progrexion since 2011. He is responsible for call center operations and strategy for Progrexion Teleservices and CreditRepair.com sales. His workforce spans across seven locations in four states. Previously, Terry worked for Stream Global Services, a leading BPO company, as an Area Vice President, responsible for seven different US contact centers. He also spent 12 years working for AOL, running call centers throughout the US focused upon member acquisition and retention.

Terry earned a B.A. in English from Weber State University.
