Donminique Dawson

Donminique Dawson has extensive experience in patient services and management, currently serving as the Manager of Member Services at Progyny, Inc. since October 2019. Previous roles include Patient Care Supervisor and Patient Care Advocate at the same organization. At UNC Fertility, from March 2018 to September 2019, Donminique coordinated patient financial experiences, acted as a liaison between patients and the clinical team, and served as a Patient Services Coordinator. Earlier experience includes positions as Program Coordinator in the Department of Dental Medicine at NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn and as a PeopleSoft 9.2 Training Consultant at NYU Langone Medical Center. Donminique holds a Master of Science in Adult Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University.
