Lily Xu

Lily Xu is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in client solutions and patient coordination. Currently serving as Director of Client Solutions at Progyny, Inc. since September 2017, Lily has progressed through various roles including Senior Implementation Manager and Patient Care Advocate. Prior to this, Lily worked at Weill Cornell Medicine from August 2013 to September 2017 as Senior Patient Coordinator in the Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility, where responsibilities included managing patient flow, coordinating appointments, and providing patient assistance. Earlier experience includes a Medical Education Intern role at Abington Memorial Hospital, focusing on residency credential reviews and supporting pre-med students. Lily holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
