Lissa Kline

Lissa Kline, LCSW, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in provider and member services within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Progyny, Inc. since December 2017, Lissa has held several leadership roles, including VP and Director of Member Services, contributing to innovative fertility solutions for self-insured employers. Prior to her tenure at Progyny, Lissa worked at Columbia University Medical Center from May 2013 to December 2017, managing operations and patient services as well as overseeing the Egg Donor Program. Lissa began her career at Columbia University Medical Center as an Admissions Counselor and Social Work Intern, following an internship with Lutheran Social Services of New York. Lissa holds a Masters of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Anthropology from Hunter College.
