Shana Storey

Shana Storey is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience in talent development, learning, and organizational change management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Progyny, Inc., Shana previously held the position of Senior Director Global Head of Talent Development at ZS, where responsibilities expanded to oversee the talent strategy for a global management consulting firm. Prior roles include Director of Learning and Change Management at Healthfirst, managing clinical training for over 4,000 employees, and account management at GP Strategies Corporation, where Shana oversaw a multimillion-dollar portfolio. Earlier career experiences include roles in training and development at JetBlue Airways and multimedia training at Forest Laboratories. Shana holds an MBA from Gies College of Business, an MFA from Long Island University, and additional degrees in digital art and design.
