Vivian Firmi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vivian started their career in 2014 at Web.com, where they worked as an Offline Customer Support Specialist, actively taking calls, assisting customers, and providing support to agents. Vivian then transitioned to the role of Retention Team Lead, where they remained attentive to call volume and served as a point of contact for Ignite Online Marketing inquiries. Vivian also assisted the director with executive escalations. Later, they became a Retention Supervisor, monitoring retention numbers and coaching agents.
