Jacob Naumann

Jacob Naumann is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently serving as the Lead Home-Health Occupational Therapist at ProHealth Partners, Inc. since February 2019. Prior experience includes a role as an SCI/D Occupational Therapist student at Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC, where comprehensive occupational therapy services were provided to inpatient rehabilitation veterans, and as an Occupational Therapist student at Fairview Hospital/Cleveland Clinic, delivering OT services to acute care patients. Jacob holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from Shawnee State University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, both from Cleveland State University, as well as a GED from Highland High School.
