As the owner of ProHealth Partners since January 2007, Ritchie has demonstrated leadership and business acumen in the industry. Previously, Ritchie founded Heritage Health Care Services, Inc. in April 1994, serving as President and Owner until the company was sold in March 2009 and Ritchie continued as President until November 2010. Ritchie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The University of Toledo and has furthered education at the University of Virginia in the Graduate School of Bank Management.
