Deb Simmons

Deb Simmons, RN, MPH, currently serves as the Director of Population Health at ProHealth Physicians since April 2019. Prior to this role, Deb Simmons held the position of Senior Director of Care Management at Fallon Health from February 2010 to January 2019. Deb Simmons also served as the Executive Director of REACH for Community Health at Northern Berkshire Healthcare between October 2007 and January 2010 and worked as the Provider Services Manager at Healthways from June 2004 to October 2007. Earlier in Deb Simmons's career, positions included Practice Manager and Clinical Manager at Baystate Health from 1988 to 2004. Deb Simmons earned a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Fitchburg State University and a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
