Inka Metsä-Heikkilä currently works at Prohoc as an HR Coordinator in the Learning & Development department. Prior to this role, Inka worked at Hitachi Energy as an HSEQ Trainee & Migration Coordinator. Before joining Hitachi Energy, Inka gained experience in various industries including sales at StaffPoint Oy and engineering at ABB. Inka is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Business Development at the University of Vaasa, building upon a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university. Throughout Inka's career, they have been involved in various HR, training, and quality management projects, showcasing their diverse skill set and commitment to personal and professional development.
