Ionela Borsan is an experienced recruitment professional with a demonstrated history in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at PROHUMAN ROMANIA since March 2018, Ionela is responsible for the training and onboarding of recruitment staff, monitoring team performance, and implementing recruitment strategies. Ionela has led various HR projects, including employee engagement surveys and performance evaluations. Prior roles include Recruitment Team Leader and Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on managing the full recruitment cycle across various industries. Ionela holds a degree in Psychology and Educational Studies from 2017 to 2019 and previously studied at the University of Bucharest from 2014 to 2017.
