Károly Dávid Karika is an experienced project manager and recruitment partner currently working at Prohuman since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing processes related to the employment of non-EU workers, improving HR processes, and preparing job offers and contracts. Previously, Károly served as the Deputy Business Manager at Élplast Kft. from July 2020 to August 2022, overseeing operations, managing budgets, and developing business strategies. Károly's career began at Prohuman as an Ad Organizer from June 2017 to April 2020, focusing on ad copywriting and recruitment. Educational qualifications include a degree in Employment Relations and Social Insurance Administration from the University of Szeged and a secondary education in Business and Payroll Administration from Szegedi Szakképzési Centrum.
