Sabine Poehacker

Sabine Poehacker is the CEO and Senior Advisor at comm:unications Consulting & Services since June 1996, specializing in PR strategy, crisis communication, and CEO coaching. As the Austrian partner agency for PROI Worldwide since 2000, Poehacker contributes to one of the largest networks of independent PR agencies globally. Poehacker served as a university lecturer at Universität Wien from 1997 to 2021, focusing on educating and inspiring young professionals in public relations. Additionally, Poehacker held leadership roles at various educational institutions, including the Fachhochschule des BFI Wien and WIFI der Wirtschaftskammer Wien, advancing curriculum development and academic guidance. Earlier experience includes event management and international PR journalism, alongside a notable tenure as Director of CARE Austria. Educational credentials include a DEUG from ISIT, a Master’s degree in Business Coaching from ESBA, and studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
