Bianca Casanova Anderson is an experienced educator and leader in the field of equity and inclusion, currently serving as Director at ProInspire since January 2020. Prior to this role, Bianca held the position of Dallas-Fort Worth Director at Border Crossers from August 2016 to January 2020. Bianca's foundation in education includes serving as a Middle School Teacher and Equity and Inclusion Coordinator at Greenhill School from August 2014 to July 2016, as well as teaching at A.W. Brown-Fellowship Leadership Academy and St. Philip's School and Community Center. Bianca holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned in 2009.
