Neriel David Ponce is an experienced strategist and educator specializing in organizational change and equity-focused leadership development. Currently serving as a Strategist for ProInspire since October 2021, Neriel is involved in managing complex programs aimed at supporting leaders of color in the social sector. Previously, Neriel held various roles at the Center for Racial Justice in Education, culminating as Senior Manager of Marketing and Operations, and co-facilitated trainings addressing racism in educational contexts. Neriel's earlier work includes co-founding RAISE at the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund and facilitating workshops at Chinatown Youth Initiatives. Neriel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Hunter College.

ProInspire envisions an equitable and just society – free of systemic oppression where all people thrive. Over 4,000 individuals have participated in ProInspire’s open enrollment and custom programs to-date. ProInspire was named by the Chronicle of Philanthropy as one of 7 Nonprofits to Watch in 2015, and as a Top-Rated Nonprofit from 2015 to 2018.
