Rosie Aquila is an experienced strategist and program manager at ProInspire, contributing to the organization's mission of advancing racial equity and promoting a just society since October 2021. Previously, Rosie completed a master's degree in Communication for Development and Social Change at Temple University and worked as a graduate student, focusing on community engagement and participatory research. Rosie held various roles at Iona Senior Services, including annual giving manager, where effective fundraising strategies were developed, and communications and marketing manager, overseeing multi-channel marketing efforts. Prior experience also includes positions at Kenyon College, where roles such as managing editor and admissions fellow were undertaken, along with earlier experience as an administrative assistant at Findaway World and a teacher's assistant at Wiggin Street Elementary.
