Stephanie Brown

Director of Account Management at Project 10K

Stephanie Brown has been in the professional workforce since 2003. Stephanie began their career at IBM as a CFI Deployment Teamlead, where they led teams through multiple internal financial system deployments that improved processes for internal Accounting teams. In 2007, Stephanie transitioned to the role of STS Americas Strategic Kaizen Leader, in which they supported Quote to Cash organizational and cultural transformation by working with global internal clients to drive process excellence through process improvements, innovation, automation, and cognitive solutions. During this time, they also acted as an Agile Champion and Digital Commerce Global Requirements Manager. In 2017, Stephanie began working for The John Maxwell Team as an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, Speaker & DISC Consultant. Most recently, Stephanie began a role as the Director of Account Management at Project 10K in 2021.

Stephanie Brown obtained a BS in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University between 1985 and 1989. Stephanie has also obtained a number of certifications since then, including Blue Core Coaching Supervisor from IBM in May 2021, Maxwell DISC Method Certified Consultant from The John Maxwell Team in October 2018, Operations Management: Strategy and Quality Management for the Digital Age from Coursera in October 2018, Earning Advocacy Practitioner from IBM in July 2018, Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker from The John Maxwell Team in August 2017, IBM Design Thinking Practitioner in March 2017, IBM Agile Explorer in January 2017, IBM Agile Champion from IBM in December 2016, IBM Agile Achiever in August 2016, and eSpeaker Certified Virtual Presenter from eSpeakers in June 2021.
