Jessica Jantzen

Jessica Jantzen is a seasoned professional in customer relationship management (CRM) with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Engagement (CRM) and Project Lead Engagement at Project A Ventures since February 2023, Jessica has also held the position of Interim CRM Lead at ExpressGroup and worked as a lecturer at XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences. As a mentor at the Mentoring Club since October 2020, Jessica offers guidance to aspiring professionals. Previous roles include Senior CRM Consultant at Otto Group, where Jessica advanced through the Expert Track, and significant leadership positions in CRM at Urban Sports Club and Asana Rebel. Jessica began the career at Zalando Lounge, where a progressive series of roles culminated in team leadership. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
