Emerson Badessa

Emerson Badessa is an experienced professional in adventure programming and teambuilding, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Teambuilding and Experiential Learning at Hale Education since May 2019. Emerson has a strong background in leading challenge course programs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Previous roles include Youth and College Program Facilitator at Project Adventure, Inc., Assistant Camp and Youth Director at YMCA Camp Ingersoll, and Challenge Course Manager at MetroWest YMCA. Emerson holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Springfield College and has extensive experience in program design, event management, and youth development activities.
