Morgan Blair

Morgan Blair is a UX & UI Designer at Project Archer. Previously, they were a UI Designer at REI from February 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, Morgan was a UX Designer at Xome from August 2015 to February 2019.

At Xome, Morgan had the opportunity to contribute to the product strategy, design and delivery in the real estate industry, including leading banks and companies such as Bank Of America, Caliber Home Loans, loanDepot and mr. Cooper (formerly Nationstar.) As a UX Designer, Morgan was responsible for collaborating with business and other teams to identify product goals, measure success metrics and create easy-to-use design solutions. Additionally, Morgan was tasked with understanding user needs through research (both quantitative and qualitative), testing, data and competitive analysis and use of existing products. Lastly, Morgan worked with engineering teams and project managers in an agile environment to prioritize features, build a product roadmap and accurately translate designs into code.

At REI, Morgan was responsible for pulling greenchain, stacking the bigger lumber that the stacker couldn't handle, keeping the log-yard clean for forklifts, and building an office in the kilns.

Morgan Blair has always had a passion for design and user experience. Morgan strives to create products that are not only beautiful and user-friendly, but also make a lasting impact on the people that use them.

Morgan Blair completed a Bachelor of Science in Virtual Technology and Design at the University of Idaho.
