Isabelle F. currently serves as the Head of Technology and Society at the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, beginning in October 2023. As the Founder & Executive Director of Vote For Freedom since December 2022, Isabelle F. advocates for freedom and democratic values. Previously, Isabelle F. held the role of Director at Project Associates from August 2022 to September 2023. From March 2020 to July 2022, Isabelle F. was the Global Election Integrity Policy Lead at TikTok, where responsibilities included forming and leading the Global Election Integrity policy team and implementing policies related to election misinformation and crisis response. Prior to TikTok, Isabelle F. served as Digital and Technology Director at The Messina Group, a consulting firm directed by Jim Messina, and co-founded iExhale in January 2016, focusing on online mental health support for adolescents.
