Philip Boyes is an experienced advisor and communications professional, currently serving as Head of Central Eastern Europe and a member of the management team at Project Associates since March 2018. Philip has a proven track record in strategic communications, having held roles such as Head of Speechwriting for the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and speechwriter for prominent figures including the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe and the President of the European Parliament. Further experience encompasses policy advising at the European Parliament and a research fellowship at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. Philip began a career in journalism as the youngest Graduate Trainee at Reuters in 2006. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in War Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and History from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
