Rob Worthington has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Project Associates Ltd., a role they assumed in January 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director and Head of Government & Political Practices at Project Associates from 2014 to 2021.

Before joining Project Associates Ltd., Rob was the Managing Director of Aleph Consulting Ltd from 2010 to 2017. Rob also worked as a Consultant at Lord North Street Limited from 2011 to 2014. During the same period, they served as an International Public Affairs Consultant at Noé Com and contributed as a Europe Contributor at Kalem Journal.

Rob's earlier professional experiences include working as a Policy Officer at the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office from 2009 to 2011 and as a Senior Analyst at Project Associates (UK) Ltd from 2007 to 2009. Rob also worked as a Researcher at Ross Cranston QC, London School of Economics from 2005 to 2006 and as a Parliamentary Researcher at Ross Cranston QC MP from 2004 to 2006.

Additionally, Rob briefly served as a Parliamentary Researcher at Rt. Hon. The Lord Kinnock in 2006. Overall, Rob Worthington's career has been characterized by leadership roles, consultancy, policy development, and research in various sectors, including government, politics, and public affairs.

Rob Worthington's education history includes a variety of academic achievements. Rob started their education at the Centre International de Valbonne, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree from 1996 to 2003. After completing their secondary education, Rob went on to Trinity College Dublin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Social Sciences (Political Science) from 2003 to 2007. Rob then furthered their education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they completed a Master of Science degree in Development Management from 2008 to 2011. Rob's education journey continued with the Global Leadership Seminar at Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
