Gillian Hill

Gillian Hill is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as General Counsel at Project Better Energy since August 2024. Previously, Gillian held the position of General Counsel for Verastar, kinex, and Clear Business from June 2015 to July 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions, compliance with regulatory bodies, and data protection, among others. Prior legal experience includes roles as Associate Director - Legal and Senior Solicitor at NCC Group, Solicitor at O2, BAE Systems, Squire Sanders, and Eversheds. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The University of Sheffield and completed legal education at Chester College of Law.
