Director Of Community Nutrition Services at Project Bread

Sam Icklan is a seasoned professional in community nutrition and culinary education, currently serving as the Director of Community Nutrition Services, Director of Chefs in Schools, and Chef Educator at Project Bread since August 2015. In addition, Sam Icklan has been a Course Facilitator at Sojourner Truth School for Social Change Leadership since September 2020. Previous experience includes roles as Head Chef at Camp Aranu'tiq and Shire Village Camp, as well as a Menu and Recipe Development Consultant at Chicopee Public Schools.
