A project by NGO Social Axiom Foundation, Project CACA is a school driven, child-centric, preventive and holistic project that creates a safety net for children from abuses by involving Students, Teachers, Parents and Support staff. The project initiates a series of dialogues and behaviour changes among all the stakeholders on child rights, gender equality and child abuse prevention to keep our children happy, healthy and safe. The project has been developed with the help of Academicians, Psychiatrists, Paediatricians, Judges, lawyers, and School Counsellors. It has evolved under a democratic chain of events like Opinion Polls, Focus Group Discussions, Conventions, Consensus Building Discussions and a Pilot Programme and continuously evolves through assessment.

• Project Deliverables: The Project covers academic, legal and psychological/clinical aspects of child rights, gender equality and child abuse. It comprises of:

• CORE INSTRUMENT - Age-appropriate, progressive and Co-Scholastic LIFE SKILLS AND VALUE EDUCATION based CACA safety workbooks in English language (UKG to class 9) to be embedded in the time table.
