Eric Chan

Sr. Customer Success Manager

Eric Chan has over 4 years of experience in emissions reduction and natural gas network integrity, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Project Canary. They have previously held positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and an Independent Contractor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Eric earned a PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Rochester, where they also completed a Master's degree, and holds a BS in Biotechnology from Rochester Institute of Technology. Their expertise in consulting, data analysis, and program management supports organizations in achieving their sustainability goals.
