Douglas Starliper Lmsw

Douglas Starliper is a Psychotherapist at Therapy Cafe since May 2023. Prior to this, Douglas worked as a Program Coordinator/Mental Health Therapist at Project Chesapeake and a Drug Treatment Court Clinical Treatment Program Coordinator at Carroll County Circuit Court. Douglas has a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from McDaniel College. In addition to their work in the mental health field, Douglas also has a background as a Non Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army, where Douglas taught, coached, and mentored Paratroopers.
