Pro Bono Legal Work at Project Citizenship

Suela Shundi has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Suela began their career as an Administrative Assistant at the Minister of State for European Integration in 2001. Suela then worked as a Researcher and Peer Educator at the Iodized Salt Project ASMA in 2002. From 2002 to 2010, Suela served as a Legal Affairs Specialist at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection. In 2010, they joined the Bank of Albania as a Legal Specialist, a position they held for 7 years. In 2017, Suela transitioned to the SEIU Local 615, where they worked as an Organizer until 2018. Suela then took on the role of Foreign Legal Consultant in the Non-Profit Sector from 2018 to 2019. Suela subsequently became a Personal Banker at Santander Bank, N.A. from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they engaged in Pro Bono Legal Work at Project Citizenship and is currently an Executive Education participant at Harvard Business School.
