Shannon Helland

Shannon Helland, CPPM, CSM, CSPO, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in leading IT transformation and agile practices across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at PCG, Shannon supports the implementation of S4/HANNA while previously holding roles such as Senior Agile Practitioner at Turnberry Solutions, where responsibilities included acting as an IT project manager, agile coach, and scrum master. Notable experience includes serving as Program Manager for the Enterprise PMO at Fulcrum Consulting, managing platform migrations and process improvements for Deluxe Corporation, and ensuring IT readiness at Huntington National Bank.
