Richard Tree

Richard Tree serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Project Farma (PF) since April 2025, bringing extensive leadership experience from their previous role at CAI, where Richard oversaw global operations managing over 1,500 active projects and 850 employees across several regions. Richard's career highlights include strategic oversight of North America operations as Vice President, where Richard facilitated contract negotiations and project delivery for many projects, and leading a business vertical in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management. Additionally, Richard contributed to Disruption Labs as an Advisory Board Member, offering strategic direction for growth. With a Doctor of Engineering degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and further education in organizational agility from Harvard Business School, Richard combines academic expertise with a proven track record in operational leadership.
