Laura Mensching

Laura Mensching has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a specific focus on workforce management. Laura most recently served as the Chief Services Officer at Project Genetics starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Workforce Insight as the Director of Implementation from December 2019 to May 2022. Laura also held roles at Presence of IT, where they were the Director of Implementation from July 2017 to December 2019, and the Director - Healthcare Solutions from January 2015 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, Laura was a Senior Healthcare Consultant at WFM Consulting from June 2011 to January 2015. Laura also held positions at Centegra Health System as a Nursing Business Manager from January 2007 to March 2011, and at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital as a Staffing Coordinator from April 1995 to January 2007.

Laura Mensching attended Northwestern University from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
