Michelle Nicolay

Michelle Nicolay has a strong and diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michelle is currently the Chief Services Officer - APAC at Project Genetics since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Owner at CCL Solutions Pty Ltd from November 2021. Michelle served as a Principal Consultant at allaboutXpert Australia from March 2015 to November 2021. Michelle also worked as a Senior Business Analyst - Contract at Paxus IT Recruitment from November 2012 to May 2015. Michelle held a similar role at Paxus from January 2012 to November 2012, along with a short-term contract from July 2012 to September 2012. Before that, they were the Treasurer at WildCats from September 2011 to June 2012 and a Business Improvement Officer at Gold Coast City Council from July 2011 to January 2012. Michelle also worked at Perpetual Limited in various roles from June 2008 to June 2011 and at AMP as a Process Portfolio Consultant, Senior Business Process Analyst, Process Analyst, and Customer Service Officer/Senior Customer Service Officer from 2002 to 2008.

Michelle Nicolay attended the University of Technology Sydney in 2010, where they studied Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2011, they obtained their Prince2 Practitioner certification from Tanner James.
