Jenni Figueiredo Bingham has a strong background in communications and marketing. Jenni is currently serving as the CMO + Deputy Director at Project Glimmer, where they collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors to strategize and advance the organization's mission. Jenni also leads marketing and communication efforts, including customizing messaging to increase awareness of core programs and establishing brand partnerships. Prior to this, Jenni owned their own consulting firm, where they developed communication and social impact strategies for brands and nonprofits. Jenni also has experience working at L'Oréal USA, directing integrated marketing communications and managing media relations for Redken and Pureology. Earlier in their career, Jenni held positions at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where they worked on various client accounts and developed strategic plans. Overall, Jenni has a diverse work experience in communications and marketing, with a focus on brand awareness and social impact strategies.
Jenni Figueiredo Bingham earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara between 1999 and 2003. In 2006, they briefly attended New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies, but did not obtain a degree.

At Project Glimmer, it is our mission to inspire all girls to envision and realize an empowered future. We are a national nonprofit organization serving over one million teenage girls and women, 86% of whom are young women of color. Project Glimmer works in all 50 states through partnerships with 1,000+ organizations including foster care, homeless, crisis care, and youth services. We are transforming what was once a historically-fragmented community into a highly operational ecosystem of corporations, philanthropists, and volunteers donating their products, resources, time, and talent. Through our programs including Gifts + Goods, Empowerment Events + Academy, and 1:1 Career Coaching, we are committed to helping end gender and racial inequality.
