Community Marketing Lead (Volunteer) at Project Healthy Minds

Carly Kaplan began their work experience in 2013 with Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. where they initially participated in a 2-year leadership rotational program but was recognized for their outstanding performance and was offered a full-time role in Marketing. Carly served as the Global Marketing Lead, leading a cross-functional team to develop and implement a new guerilla lead generation strategy, expanding content marketing strategy, and authoring creative and content for integrated campaigns.

In 2015, Carly joined Starmark International as an Account Manager, where they worked with strategic accounts such as Nickelodeon. Carly led marketing efforts for the launch of Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts, resulting in maximum occupancy and a high eCommerce ROI. Carly also played a key role in the rebranding of FPL FiberNet, leading to its acquisition by Crown Castle.

Carly then worked as the Head of Marketing for the TitleZoom Division at Lennar from 2017 to 2019. Carly was part of a team that launched TitleZoom, a startup aiming to digitize the home closing experience. Carly successfully shifted the marketing approach from B2B to B2C, resulting in significant efficiencies and economies of scale.

In 2019, Carly founded CK Inc. and also joined Starmark as a Group Account Director. Carly took on the role of leading Marketing and Partnership Outreach for the Community team at Project Healthy Minds as a volunteer starting in 2022. Project Healthy Minds is a mental health nonprofit focused on democratizing access to mental health services and de-stigmatizing mental health.

Carly Kaplan attended the University of Miami and received a Bachelor of Social Science degree in 2013. Their studies focused on psychology, business law, and business administration. In 2014, they attended Harvard University, where they completed a Marketing Strategy Semester. Carly also pursued further education at iPEC Coaching, specializing in Energy Leadership, Core Energy Coaching, and Life, Corporate, and Professional Coaching. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Dartmouth College in March 2015 and in Marketing Strategy from Harvard University in August 2014.
