Alice M. has a diverse work experience in the field of UX design. Alice started their career as a Design Researcher at Technische Hochschule Lübeck, where they worked on research projects in the health care sector. Alice then joined Cellular GmbH as a User Experience Designer, collaborating with clients like ZDF, BUDNi, TUI Cruises, and Hamburger Hochbahn to connect user needs with business goals. Alice then ventured into consulting and supporting startups as a UX Designer at UX by AliceMark, focusing on the define and design phases of various projects, including an industry 4.0 case with an AR startup. Alice later joined Keen Design Deutschland as a UX Designer, consulting a green energy provider. Currently, Alice is a Product Designer at holi. Additionally, they also contribute to SUX - The Sustainable UX Network as a Co-Designer, organizing co-design workshops centered around sustainable solutions and ways of working for a better future.

Alice M. pursued their education at Technische Hochschule Lübeck from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in IT & Design. Their studies then led their to Malmö University from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Interaction Design.
