Malte Finsterwalder's work experience begins in 1998 when they started as a Software Developer at Micrologica AG. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Coach at abstrakt gmbh. Malte then joined andrena objects AG in 2002 as a Software Developer before moving to SCOOP GmbH in 2004 as a Software Developer. In 2005, they became a Trainer and Consultant at oose innovative Informatik GmbH until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, Malte worked as a Senior Consultant at Acando. Malte then joined PARSHIP GmbH in 2010 and held the role of Senior Developer until 2011, after which they became the Lead Developer until 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at red6 enterprise software gmbh. In 2019, Malte joined Nitrobox GmbH as a Senior Software Engineer & Agile Coach until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at holi starting from August 2022.
Malte Finsterwalder attended the University of Hamburg from 1995 to 2002, where they obtained a Dipl.-Inform. degree in Informatik.
