Kelly S.

Kelly S. is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Provider Champion at Health Choice Network since February 2023, Kelly specializes in system design and configuration while supporting the implementation of EHR ecosystems for clinicians and administrators. As a Volunteer Emergency Response member of Project HOPE since October 2017, Kelly provides emergency and disaster response services. Previous positions include Medical Director and Family Nurse Practitioner at Near North Health Service Corporation, Emergency Room Nurse at Elmhurst Hospital, and various nursing roles at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Swedish Hospital. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from Chamberlain University.
