Thelvis Pascuzzo Sanchez

Thelvis Pascuzzo Sanchez serves as the Regional Legal Manager and Integrity & Compliance Director for LAAC at Project HOPE since September 2022. Previously, Thelvis held the position of Jefe de Cumplimiento, Legal y Rendicion de Cuentas at Proyecto Esperanza Venezuela from February 2020 to September 2022. Experience includes a decade as Directora de evaluación at Escuela Nacional de la Magistratura, overseeing the design and implementation of evaluation instruments for the judicial branch. Earlier roles encompassed Substitute Judge for Mediation, Processing, and Execution at the Circuito Judicial del Trabajo del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, and assistant positions at both the Corte de Apelaciones del Tribunal de Proteccion de Niños Niñas y Adolescentes and Circuito Judicial del Trabajo, focusing on legal drafting and procedural compliance. Thelvis holds a law degree from Universidad 'Santa María' and has further education from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
