Heather Flores, PsyD, is a dedicated mental health consultant and CEO of Empowered Living Ministries and Counseling, focusing on counseling services and support for incarcerated individuals and their families. As the President and Founding Counselor at 805 Counseling & Consulting, Heather provides faith-based counseling and wellness services for individuals and businesses. In addition to writing for "Real Talk With Doc," Heather's extensive experience includes roles as a postdoctoral fellow and clinical psychologist intern in various settings, and Heather holds multiple advanced degrees in psychology and theology. Currently pursuing a Master's in Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary, Heather continues to empower others through mental health advocacy and education.
