Dorothy B.

Dorothy B. has a significant amount of experience in leadership and operations roles. Dorothy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Project Independence, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Dorothy worked at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis from 2008 to 2021, where they served as the Director of Operations. In this role, they provided leadership and direction for a multi-funded organization operating in three states, supporting employees and serving individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
