Project Jupyter
Chris Holdgraf currently serves as the Executive Director at 2i2c, a non-profit organization that enhances research and education through open source infrastructure for interactive computing. In addition to this role, Chris is actively involved with Project Jupyter as a board member and co-leads several initiatives, including the Jupyter Book project and the JupyterHub project, aimed at increasing accessibility to interactive computing. With a strong background in data science education and open infrastructure, Chris has experience as a Community Architect at the University of California, Berkeley, and has held various research and instructional positions, including a Post-Doctoral Researcher role focused on shared cloud infrastructure. Chris holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Tulane University.
