Callista Mason has a diverse work experience in grants management and development. Callista started their career in 2012 as a Summer Youth Program Fund Graduate Intern at Central Indiana Community Foundation. Callista then worked as a Project Consultant at Thomas P. Miller and Associates in 2013. In 2014, they held the role of Grant Writing Consultant before transitioning to various leadership positions at Project Lead The Way, including Vice President of Grants. Callista'sroles at Project Lead The Way involved grant management and development, showcasing their expertise in this area.

Callista Mason earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from Butler University. Callista then went on to complete a Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies at Indiana University Indianapolis. Callista also obtained a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana University Indianapolis. In 2021, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
