Jeff Ragone

Jeff Ragone, MSL, CMCP, is the Owner of Project LeanNation North Raleigh, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Jeff served as a Plans and Policy Officer for the North Carolina Army National Guard from May 2017 to August 2023, and as a Warrant Officer Strength Manager from May 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing significant aspects related to personnel management. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Campbell University.
