Project Luong
Vanessa Labarca is a design professional currently engaged with Project Luong since February 2023, following a tenure as an architectural designer at JoJo Wong Design & Build from August 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included project documentation, technical problem-solving, and design presentations. Prior to this, Vanessa gained culinary experience as a pastry cook at Rosie Cannonball and Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, focusing on dessert preparation and production management. Vanessa's management skills were further demonstrated as the executive pastry chef at koffei, overseeing staff and production. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta and ongoing studies toward an Associate of Arts and Sciences at Houston Community College, as well as an Associate of Science in Baking and Pastry Arts from Valencia College.
