Tom Ramsey

Tom Ramsey serves as the Vice President and Managing Director at Project Management Advisors, Inc. since December 2013, specializing in real estate consulting services that address client challenges and enhance project outcomes. Concurrently, Tom holds a position as a City Council Member and planning commissioner for the City of Piedmont, CA, with leadership roles in various committees. Tom operates TR, LLC in commercial development, focusing on the Uptown District of Oakland, where a recent renovation project received a Historical Preservation Award. Previously, Tom was the architect and owner of RPR Architects, leading various significant projects over 18 years, and worked at GEZ Architects and Engineers early in the career. Tom completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
