Kendall Lott is the COO and Chair Elect at Project Management Institute, Washington DC Chapter. Kendall has over 20 years of experience in the field of project management.

Lott began their career with EDS Malaysia in 1999 as a Consulting Manager. In this role, they led the documentation and development of a strategic plan for the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) initiative, E-Government (EG) project. Additionally, they managed a team of 11 consultants in organization transformation, enterprise IT architecture, and analyses of government procurement strategies.

In 2005, Lott moved to ACT/IAC where they served as a Sponsor until 2011. During their time at ACT/IAC, they made major contributions to two of the flagship MSC E-government project initiatives, the Generic Office Environment (GOE) and the Smart Schools Pilot. In their role as Managing Consultant, they led Business Process Reengineering (BPR) projects, Transfer of Technology teams, and BPR Targeting Phases. Additionally, they developed Project Management Plans and budgets, provided internal and external reporting and guidance for four technical delivery teams, and led the execution of BPR to integrate technology supporting teaching and learning materials for 90 schools (reengineered 50 processes).

After leaving ACT/IAC in 2011, Lott became a PM for Change before joining M Powered Strategies where they currently serve as COO & Chair Elect. In this role, they are responsible
